Today I had 2 very helpful and informative phone calls with Jordan Jacobs, Operating Owner of REX Environmental about a situation with our condominium in Denver. We had an asbestos report by another certified AMS here in Denver and I turned to Jordan for some clarification. He was wonderfully helpful in looking at all of the parameters of the situation. He talked to me about our situation and truly helped me understand, in layman's terms everything I needed to know for me to address my issues. I felt very reassured during and following our conversation by his breadth of knowledge of the industry and his ability to communicate to me what I needed to be and not be concerned about. Rex was quick, professional, affordable and thorough. They gave me information on pricing and what would be tested over the phone and scheduled me very quickly. Jordy came out and was incredible. Very knowledgeable about the process and what they were testing for, great at explaining everything, and just a helpful, nice person overall. I got my results within 36 hours as he took the time to text me before writing up the report. I took the time to research before hiring and I’m glad I chose Rex because I have complete faith in the results and process.
